At Gridscape we stand behind the quality of the product that we sell. If you've received your order and are unsatisfied with the quality of your photos, we're happy to work to replace your order within 15 days of receiving your order. 

If you're unhappy with your order, and would like to replace it, please email info@gridscape.co and include the following information:

1. Your order number 
2. Name on the order 
3. Email the order was made with 
4. Photo of your order, along with a few sentences detailing the area of your order that you're unhappy with. This helps our team start processing refunds more quickly, and reduce production errors in the future.
