We stand behind the quality of every Gridscape we produce.

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Gridscape. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We offer both full refunds and replacements - whichever you prefer.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at info@gridscape.co with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the product (especially if there's a quality issue or damage)

We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Replacements

If you'd prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we'll produce a new set of panels and ship them to you at no additional cost. Replacement orders follow the same production timeline as new orders (7-10 business days).


Damaged or Defective Orders

If your Gridscape arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you - no need to return the damaged item.
