A Gridscape is a custom gallery wall made from your own photos. You choose a layout, pick your material (acrylic or metal), upload your images, and we produce a set of beautifully printed panels that arrive ready to hang as a cohesive gallery wall.

Most orders ship within 7-10 business days. During busy periods (holidays, promotions), production may take up to 14 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

We currently offer two premium materials:

• Acrylic - Vibrant, glossy finish with exceptional depth and color clarity. Lightweight and modern.
• Metal - Matte brushed finish with rich, saturated tones. Durable and scratch-resistant.

Both options are significantly higher quality than traditional canvas prints.

For the best results, we recommend images that are at least 2000 pixels wide. Most modern smartphone photos exceed this easily. Our customizer will let you crop and position your images, so don't worry about getting the framing perfect before you upload.

Absolutely. Photos from any modern smartphone (iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, etc.) will produce excellent results. Just make sure you're uploading the original photo rather than a screenshot or a heavily compressed version from social media.

We currently ship within the United States. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your panels arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We use premium packaging designed specifically for our products to ensure safe delivery.

Each panel is individually wrapped in protective foam and placed in a custom box designed to prevent movement during transit. We take packaging seriously because your photos deserve to arrive flawless.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll provide a full refund or a replacement - your choice. Since each Gridscape is custom-made with your photos, we ask that you contact us first so we can understand what went wrong and make it right.

If any panel arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@gridscape.co with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can usually accommodate changes. Email us at info@gridscape.co as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.

Each panel comes with a hanging kit and a layout guide showing the exact spacing for your configuration. Most customers can hang their entire Gridscape in under 30 minutes with a standard drill or hammer and nails.

Both acrylic and metal panels can be cleaned with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For acrylic panels, we recommend a dedicated acrylic cleaner for the best results.
