1. How do I track my order? An email will be sent confirming your order has left our design facility, your tracking information will be included in the email.
2. I haven't received my tracking information yet, where is my order? Due to social distancing measures in our production process, you should expect 1-2 weeks between placing your order and receiving your tracking information. Rest assured, we're working hard to get your orders out and will send tracking updates as soon as possible.
3. When can I expect to hear back from customer service? Our customer service representatives typically respond in 1-2 business days.
4. How will I know my images are cropped/displayed properly? Our team of designers hand review each order before it is put in production, and will reach out over email to discuss adjustments if we feel they need to be made.
5. What payment methods does Gridscape accept? Our checkout process is managed by Shopify, the worlds leading online payment processors. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
